Privacy
The short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we do not give it to anyone else.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, service interest, timeline and message you provide. We do not collect anything else about you, and we do not buy data about you from third parties.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you have asked for. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Gift recipients
If you ask us to deliver a gift, we collect the recipient's name and delivery address. We use that information only to fulfil and deliver the gift, share it only with the courier handling the delivery, and delete it once the delivery is complete.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project records are retained for as long as we have a legal or accounting obligation to keep them.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, it will be a cookieless, aggregate-only service that cannot identify you individually.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request within thirty days.
