What we need from you
Share the complete recipient address, city, contact details and preferred date privately through your enquiry. For workplaces or event venues, include reception or handover instructions and the name of someone available to receive the parcel.
Preparation and delivery are separate
Personalised lettering, handmade flowers and coordinated sets may need design approval and production time. We confirm this along with the delivery plan. A preferred date is not a booking until agreed, and same-day delivery or exact time slots are not standing guarantees.
Free delivery and included items
Delivery is free across Pakistan. There is no separate delivery charge for your gift. Ask for a quotation that lists contents, personalisation, packaging and delivery. Confirm any substitutions before approval. Styled images show design inspiration and sample names; the quotation defines what you will receive.
Protecting the gift
Ask about protective packing for frames, trays and handmade bouquets. Heat-sensitive gifts such as chocolates need an appropriate delivery plan. Check contents and any ingredient or size preferences before ordering rather than relying on a photograph.
